Transportation will be provided for the wedding day only. The wedding venue is roughly 45 minutes (without traffic) from downtown Paris and parking is limited at the venue. It is highly suggested that you take the bus to the wedding which will pick up close to the recommended hotels. If you miss the bus it will be challenging to arrive to the venue on time and you may be held at the gate until the ceremony has finished. Bus pick up locations will be confirmed via email and text closer to the event. The buses will then drop off at the same locations at the end of the night. 


We suggest taking an Uber, G7 or organizing a taxi with your hotel to arrive to the Welcome Event and Rehearsal Cocktail (more details on the Travel page). Please allow an efficient amount of time as the Paralympics will cause congestion in the city.

We love kids, but our rehearsal cocktail and wedding on Saturday and Sunday will be adult only events. That being said, there are many wonderful things to do with children in Paris if you plan on traveling with them. If you decide to bring small children, and need a babysitter, let us know as we may be able to offer a referral. Kids are welcome to join the Welcome Party on Friday!

Due to the Paralympics and strict hotel policies, some hotels have been pre-reserved by the city of Paris, therefore we will not have a wedding room block. We would still love to keep our guests close, so please look at the “Travel” page for hotel suggestions and more details.
